This 4" wide nylon and velcro combination holds SOFTT and CAT tourniquets securely to Safariland brand holsters. Since the material is wide, there is more purchase for the material to hold the tourniquet in place while still allowing the the holster to function as it was designed- without interference. Also, the material is secured to the screw pattern of the holster therefore making it virtually impossible for the material as well as the tourniquet to rotate to a different position.
